“String Band” – An old-time music ensemble made up mainly or solely of string instruments. String bands were popular in the 1920s and 1930s, and are among the forerunners of modern country music and bluegrass. 

“New” - Having been seen, used, or known for a short time. 

"Texas" - "Some folks look at me and see a certain swagger, which in Texas is called 'walking.'"
